ROLE DESCRIPTION:
The Salesforce legal department is uniquely technology-driven, fast-paced, and dynamic. As a legal intern, you will gain incomparable insight into the legal issues affecting a leading cloud computing company. During the internship, you will be an active member of the legal team and counted on to assist with both complex projects and day-to-day responsibilities. You will be tasked with actual attorney work while being supervised by a licensed attorney. Projects you can expect may include: participating in negotiations, collaborating with in-house counsel and contract negotiators on regional strategies, evaluating legal issues related to contract, privacy, and security matters. You will work from our office in São Paulo with the flexibility of being remote a couple of days per week.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:4th or 5th year law student interested in joining a technology company’s legal departmentAbility to organize, prioritize and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExcellent oral and written communications and analytical skillsAbility to communicate in EnglishAbility to collaborate effectively across various internal legal and business groupsAbility to research legal and business issues and learn new conceptsPositive and professional attitude, including dependability, responsiveness and team workPREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:Familiarity with technical Internet concepts and cloud computingStrong interest in and/or experience in the high technology industryDemonstrated aptitude and passion for learning new thingsSense of humorCommitment to and interest in community serviceAbility to communicate in Spanish
