GxP Quality Assurance

Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy intern to develop an interactive, automated Q&A system designed to provide quick and accurate responses to common questions related to regulations, inspections, and audits across all Development QA (GCP/GVP/GLP) areas. Additionally, the intern will play a key role in re-organizing the Development QA SharePoint site, ensuring our business partners and stakeholders can easily access regulatory tools, inspection resources, and QA-related information.

Responsibilities:

Develop an Automated Q&A System

Research and design an interactive Q&A solution utilizing Microsoft’s AI tools. Implement automation to streamline responses to regulatory, inspection, and audit-related queries. Conduct testing and refine the system based on user feedback.

Optimize and Organize QA SharePoint Site

Re-organize and enhance the QA SharePoint structure for easy accessibility. Ensure relevant documents, tools, and resources are readily available to stakeholders. Collaborate with QA team members to understand content needs and improve navigation.

Additional Quality assurance (QA) related projects will be allocated as well.

Requirements:

Basic programming skills (preferred candidates from tech backgrounds). Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint for content organization and site structuring. Experience with Microsoft AI tools for automation is a must. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.  Effective communication and documentation skills.

Additional Requirements:

MUST be currently enrolled in a U.S. Undergraduate and/or Graduate Degree Program and not graduating prior to the completion of the Ionis internship. MUST be able to begin internship between 6/9 and 6/15/2025. MUST be able and willing to remain in program through at least 8/15/2024. MUST be able and willing to commit to a minimum 40-hour work week.
