Required qualifications:

Current enrollment in an accredited college or university pursuing bachelor’s or master’s degree in an Engineering, Business, Digital Technology, Supply Chain, or related major

Degree completion in December 2025 or May/June 2026

Current cumulative GPA equal to or greater than 3.0 on a 4.0 scale, without rounding

Permanent legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Have not previously attended the L.I.F.T Summit and/or are not a current, previous or incoming GE Aerospace intern/co-op/full-time employee.

L.I.F.T. Summit:  Leaders Innovating Flight for Tomorrow

The 2025 L.I.F.T. Summit will take place July 9-11 at GE Aerospace headquarters in Cincinnati, OH. This event is co-hosted by the GE Aerospace Early Career Recruiting Team along with the GE Aerospace Employee Resource Groups:  African Affinity Forum, Hispanic and Latino Alliance and Women’s Network.  Get a feel for our culture and meet our awesome leaders and team members in person.
