About the Program:
Join our dynamic MBA Rotational Program designed for ambitious, high-potential MBA graduates. This 2-year program offers an immersive experience across two main areas: Corporate Finance and Commercial. Based in vibrant Miami, Florida, you will gain hands-on experience, strategic insights, and leadership skills to prepare you for a leadership role in our organization.
Rotations:
1. Corporate Finance (12 months)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support strategic initiatives.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Support M&A activities, including due diligence and integration.
- Collaborate with various departments to optimize financial performance.
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management.
2. Commercial (12 months)
Onboard Revenue
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations across multiple departments within the hotel.
- Implement and monitor operational standards to ensure service excellence.
- Analyze operational workflows and recommend improvements for efficiency.
- Manage guest relations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute training programs for staff development.
Revenue Management
Responsibilities:
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to optimize pricing strategies.
- Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize profitability.
- Monitor and adjust inventory and pricing based on demand patterns.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth.
- Utilize advanced analytics and technology to improve decision-making.
Qualifications:
- 2nd Year MBA student seeking to graduate in December 2024 or May 2025
- 3-5 years of professional working experience prior to MBA
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated leadership potential and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to adapt to various roles and responsibilities.
- Previous experience in finance, hospitality, or revenue management is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Miami, Florida, for the duration of the program.
