Start and End Dates: Summer 2025 (3 months) 

As part of the IBM Global Real Estate (GRE) team, you’ll engage in a variety of real estate disciplines, such as strategy, space management, workplace design, engineering, construction, leasing, acquisitions, and more. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience with real estate activities during mergers & acquisitions (M&A) deals, while contributing to IBM’s global real estate operations. 

What You’ll Do: Assist with real estate activity during M&A deal integration, execution, and ongoing implementation. Coordinate administrative hand-offs with other parts of the GRE team. Identify, vet, and implement process improvements, including documentation standards and metrics. Ensure proper authorizations and adherence to business controls. Provide transaction process guidance and support to regional GRE teams. Contribute to cross-deal coordination, offer advisory support, and participate in “lessons learned” reviews.
