We’re looking for people with a passion for technology, who are curious and want to continually learn and improve our products and services.
Our multi-week intensive Java training will start your career in technology. If you have a passion for innovation, technology and financial services, this program will help you develop into an industry-leading professional. Because we’re looking for those with fresh perspectives, your ideas and experiences will be valued from the beginning.
Requirements:
Demonstrate a strong interest in technology and a commitment to building coding skills.
Participate in a multi-week intensive Java training program to launch your technology career. Apply innovative thinking to improve products and services within the financial sector. At the time of joining, you must have been out of full-time military service or professional sports for no more than 2 years. Contribute fresh perspectives and ideas from the start of the program. Collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Utilize exceptional problem-solving abilities to tackle complex challenges. Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and mentors. Adapt quickly to new information and technologies as a quick learner. Leverage your background in the Armed Forces or Professional Sport to bring unique insights. Ensure availability to start the Tech Connect Program in July 2025. Maintain the right to work in the UK throughout the program.
