The **Product Support Specialist** provides technical assistance to growers and dealers through calls, on-site visits, and online support. They collaborate with multiple teams to ensure successful product launches, develop technical publications, and lead dealer training. Additionally, they analyze market trends, support sales efforts, and enhance customer relationships through field insights and product clinics.

**Your Impact**
+ Field calls from growers and dealers on technical support questions during office hours as well
+ Respond to inquiries and call-back requests placed on the on-line ticket system during office hours as well as during the after-hours rotation.
+ Make on-site service calls when an issue has progressed past the abilities of the local dealer and remote support is no longer an acceptable option
+ Communicate issues and future needs to the R&D team for current and future products.
+ In collaboration with R&D, being actively involved with the go-to-market process for some of our new products helping to ensure a successful product launch.
+ Generate and edit content for technical publications including operator and installation manuals, technical and service bulletins, knowledge base articles, and product instructions.
+ Lead breakout sessions of both introductory and advanced level dealer training.
+ Compile, analyze, and report on test plot and field data to forward to marketing department and R&D.
+ Conduct market research to better understand product placement
+ Work with a team to develop marketing material for dealers and customers
+ Develop product messages for new products entering the market
+ Conduct ride-alongs with dealers and customers to understand field usage and provide hands-on product support.
+ Analyze dealer activity and sales performance to identify growth opportunities.
+ Help build and manage dealer and customer pipelines, supporting sales team efforts
+ Attend and lead product clinics
**Your Experience and Qualifications**
+ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and will not need sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future.
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
+ Must be willing to relocate within the United Sates during the program.
+ Excellent analytical, writing and critical thinking skills.
+ Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to present to large groups
+ 1+ year of experience in supporting precision agriculture products
+ Computer skills: Google Drive, Google docs, G-mail, Google Hang-out
**Your Compensation**
This position will pay $70,000. This position is eligible for a bonus based on 7% of compensation.
