The **Supply Chain Analyst** is responsible for assembling and analyzing data to enhance supply chain performance, identify inefficiencies, and develop actionable recommendations. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and inventory management, to align business needs with strategic objectives. The analyst will lead and execute goal-oriented projects, utilizing forecasting software to optimize inventory levels and order recommendations.

**Your Impact**
+ Assemble data, analyze performance, identify problems, and develop recommendations to support supply chain teams
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and inventory management, to align business requirements with strategic objectives.
+ Lead goal oriented projects from identification to execution working cross-functionally
+ Utilize forecasting software to optimize in-stock inventories and order recommendations
+ Support purchasing functions by evaluating supplier performance, managing procurement workflows, and ensuring cost-effective sourcing strategies.
+ Coordinate logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution, to streamline processes and improve delivery efficiency.
+ Manipulate data in SQL, Excel, and Tableau to drive insights and inform decision-making
+ Show initiative, drive, and most importantly able to both maintain focus on the big picture while also demonstrating a commitment to the details
+ Prioritize and determine feasibility of alternative solutions to current supply chain processes
+ Monitor key performance indicators and analyze performance data to increase effectiveness of supply chain initiatives
**Your Experience and Qualifications**
+ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and will not need sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future.
+ Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Finance, and Operations
+ Microsoft Excel proficiency, specifically the ability to perform VLOOKUPS, pivot tables, formulas, and charts
+ Must be willing to relocate within the United Sates during the program
+ Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
+ Strong leadership and communication skills
**Your Compensation**
This position will pay $70,000. This position is eligible for a bonus based on 7% of compensation.
