Responsibilities Our formal 10-week internship programs provide students with the opportunity to work on critical projects integral to our team's success. Interns work alongside some of the best minds in Real Estate, in an innovative, fast-paced environment and are expected to approach tasks and projects with dedication and initiative. Our internship program connects students with industry leaders and provides foundational real estate knowledge through a speaker series and networking events. We focus on accelerating growth with hands-on professional development and training. Recognizing that real estate thrives on relationships, we create an engaging experience with volunteering, portfolio tours, and intern led activities, all designed to build collaboration and a connected cohort. Hudson Yards is New York City’s newest neighborhood, home to the iconic Vessel experience which quickly became one of New York’s most photographed locations, Edge (the highest outdoor observation deck in New York City), and City Climb (a one-of-a-kind adventure course on the exterior of a skyscraper). Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies to support Hudson Yard’s attractions business of Edge, Vessel and CityClimb Monitor social and press coverage and compile reports Gain experience creating engaging brand content, including graphics, videos, and written posts that align with brand voice Gain experience working as part of an integrated marketing team in the exciting New York City travel and tourism industry Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities Monitor social media channels for engagement opportunities and respond to audience inquiries Collaborate with team members on marketing campaigns and promotional activities Manage relationships with influencers and PR partners to enhance brand visibility Support photography and video editing tasks Analyze performance metrics using Sprout Social and other tools to optimize future campaigns Assist marketing team with additional needs for events, campaigns, photoshoots, etc. Compensation: The hourly rate for this position is $25.00 - $30.00 per hour Qualifications Current undergraduate sophomore or junior with a target graduation date between June 2026-June 2027. Demonstrates clear and concise communication skills, both verbally and in writing. Self-Starter with a proactive approach to tackling tasks and challenges. Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to new challenged in a dynamic environment. Familiarity with social media management tools and platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Youtube, LinkedIn). Graphic design and video editing experience preferred. Social media savvy, with a strong ability to stay current with market trends. Creative mindset with an interest in social media, entertainment, and communications.
