Department Overview

The Digital Workflow Services team, part of the Service Delivery organization, is dedicated to ensuring the seamless operation of our business. Our primary responsibilities include supporting branch-facing applications, ensuring they function smoothly and efficiently. We also ensure strict compliance with SEC Rule 17Ad-17, which pertains to the identification and notification of lost securityholders. Additionally, we oversee the proper routing of Raymond James forms, directing them to the appropriate teams for timely and accurate processing. Our team plays a crucial role in maintaining operational excellence and regulatory compliance, thereby supporting the overall success of our organization.

Seasonal Analyst Job Summary

The summer associate will play a crucial role in supporting all aspects of the Digital Workflow Services team and the broader Service Delivery team. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment and is eager to engage with a diverse array of projects. This position is perfect for individuals who are keen to learn about operations and the financial services industry. The summer associate will provide support to the Digital Workflow Services team, the Forms Administration team, and the Smart Forms team as needed, gaining valuable experience across multiple facets of our organization.

Under general supervision, the seasonal associate uses knowledge and skills obtained through formal education and/or experience to work on specific projects within an assigned functional area. The seasonal associate follows established procedures to perform tasks and receives general guidance and direction to perform other work with substantial variety and varied complexity. Some judgment is required to adapt procedures, processes, and techniques to apply to more complex assignments. Routine contact with internal and external customers may be required to exchange basic information.

This is a temporary role.

Work Schedule: Up to 24 hours per week for a limited time, determined by department need.

Start Date: June 2, 2025

End Date: August 8, 2025

Determined by business need, this position may help support reporting, processing, and other needs as set by business.Assist in the production of high-quality documentation.Collect and analyze information from various sources for reporting, and analysis.Specified projects and varied assignments relating to the Service Delivery organization.Works independently on assigned projects and tasks, meeting all delivery deadlines.Operates standard office equipment and uses required software applications.Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
