**Role and Scope of Position:**
This positionwillassist the Capital Program team with thedevelopment ofthe Transmission Capital Budget and Long\-Range Plan\.This includesassisting team members withcreation of the plan,performance measurements related to executing the plan, andwithreporting and analyses toprovidecorporate and business area leaders with the decision support information neededtodriveperformanceimprovementsandmeetcompanygoals\.Additionally, the internmay support the team toprepareregulatory responses\.Theinternwill workcollaboratively with other team members on routine work and special projects\.
Job Description
**Essential Functions** **may include** **: **
+ Workswith team membersto understandinvestmentschedulesand in\-service forecastsfor active projects\.
+ Assistsin the creation ofcompanylong termforecasts\.
+ Assistswith the creation ofkey regulatory filings related to the capital program\.
+ Facilitates the design, build and maintenance of performance reporting processes to assure up\-to\-date performance results are available for business use throughout the year\.
+ Assists with the collection ofperformance data and information from a variety ofsources\.
+ Works with team members tokeep all data collection tools organized and updated throughout the year\.
+ Collaborates with team members to review and assure data quality on a regular basis, taking steps to correct data or processes as needed\.
+ Assistswith the preparationofpresentations,reports,or information asneeded\.
+ Proactively learns about the company, industry and in particular the business areas being supportedin order to understand, validate and communicate performance results and progress of business initiatives\.
**Technical Knowledge/Skill/Education/Licenses/Certifications:**

+ Requires the ability use standard business reporting software to build andmodifyreports and databases \(heavy emphasis on advanced Excel, Power BI, Access, SQL,and/or Tableau\)\.
+ Must be able toidentifyand ensure data quality and accuracy\.
+ Strong communications and interpersonal skills, strong mathematics capabilities, conceptual/analytics capabilities
+ Requires self\-directed work ethic and abilities, capable of taking on action items or initiatives while also collaborating with others\.
+ Must be able to work independently and collaboratively within the organization and be able to recognize and work with sensitive and confidential information\.

+ Pursuing aBachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, relateddisciplineor equivalentexperience
