2025 Summer Intern, Business Transformation (Bachelors, Hybrid or Remote)

ICF is seeking a Business Transformation Analyst to support our growing organization.   The individual will work in the Business Transformation Office (BTO), which serves as a central team leading corporate transformation projects across ICF. The intern wil work closely with a project team of operational, technical and functional subject matter experts (SMEs) and leaders.  

This is a full-time, 10-week internship that begins in early June 2025. The work may be performed fully remote from any U.S. location, but will work Eastern Time hours. We will also consider hybrid work from our Reston, VA headquarters. At this time, neither relocation nor housing assistance is available for this position. 

Responsibilities include:  

 Support our internal business transformation by contributing to prominent corporate strategic initiatives 

Support our internal change management team in the development and dissemination of communications and training materials (e.g., job aids)  

Communicate and partner with a variety of stakeholders across the organization to deliver projects on time 

Coordinate meetings including taking notes and maintaining PowerBi dashboards with project statuses 

Collaborate with internal stakeholders on projects, professional development, and other networking opportunities 

Basic Qualifications:  

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in business, liberal arts, social science or other related discipline  (with a graduation date of August 2025 or later)

  

Preferred Qualifications:  

Project and/or change management experience; familiarity with project management principles and tools 

Solid computer skills with Microsoft applications (Excel, Forms, PowerBI, PowerPoint, Project, Word, and Visio)  

Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills to include experience with developing and delivering presentations, editing, and proofreading  

Strong organizational skills to manage priorities, time and resource effectively 

Willingness and ability to quickly learn and understand project and change management concepts (Agile, ADKAR etc.)

Ability to explain complex or technical concepts in an easily understandable written format  

Ability to operate and adapt in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous, work environment

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.

The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:

$32,591.00 - $55,405.00
