What you can expect in this role 
As a Spectrum Intern, you’ll be essential to two teams — your respective department and your Intern peer group. Department and team-focused projects account for about 80% of your schedule. You’ll spend the other 20% on professional development sessions and networking activities, including the Kickoff Conference on May 28, webinars, community service, cross-functional project, and final presentations.

Seeking Motivated Salesforce Developer Intern to join our dynamic team. The intern will assist with customizations, integrations, and troubleshooting within our Salesforce environment.Developing and testing new features, maintaining existing applications, and collaborating with senior developers to optimize processes. Ideal candidates should have a basic understanding of Salesforce, strong problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn. This internship offers hands-on experience in Salesforce development, providing a valuable opportunity to grow technical skills and contribute to impactful projects.

Required qualifications

Must be enrolled in an accredited College or University graduating with a bachelor’s degree between December 2025 - May 2026Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current programAbility to travel locally to Spectrum Intern development events and activities throughout the programAuthorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship
