It’s a full-time, 10-week commitment from May 28, 2025, through August 1, 2025.Benefits include professional development sessions, networking opportunities, and mentorship.

What you can expect in this role 
As a Spectrum Intern, you’ll be essential to two teams — your respective department and your Intern peer group. Department and team-focused projects account for about 80% of your schedule. You’ll spend the other 20% on professional development sessions and networking activities, including the Kickoff Conference on May 28, webinars, community service, cross-functional project, and final presentations.

Internship responsibilities may include:

Collaborate with experienced team members to contribute to software development projects. Apply object-oriented programming skills to create efficient and robust code. Gain hands-on experience with Java and contribute to the development of Java-based applications. Perform thorough unit testing for requirements and code coverage.Participate in code reviews.Gain Experience working in DevOps model. Perform analysis/investigation to determine root cause of identified code/data issues. Develop and maintain technical documentation.Participate in continuous performance improvement sessions to discuss opportunities to improve processes or standards.
