What you can expect in this role 
As a Spectrum Intern, you’ll be essential to two teams — your respective department and your Intern peer group. Department and team-focused projects account for about 80% of your schedule. You’ll spend the other 20% on professional development sessions and networking activities, including the Kickoff Conference on May 28, webinars, community service, cross-functional project, and final presentations.

Internship responsibilities may include:

Software Development: Interns will be involved in the development of software applications. This could include writing and debugging code, creating algorithms, and solving complex problems. Testing and Quality Assurance: Interns may be tasked with testing new software applications and debugging existing ones. This could involve writing test cases, performing stress tests, and ensuring that the final product is free from bugs and errors. Documentation: Proper documentation is crucial in software development. Interns may be required to write technical specifications, user manuals, and other documentation related to the software.

The base pay for this position generally is between $26.00 and $27.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses.
