As a Spectrum Intern, you’ll be essential to two teams — your respective department and your Intern peer group. Department and team-focused projects account for about 80% of your schedule. You’ll spend the other 20% on professional development sessions and networking activities, including the Kickoff Conference on May 28th, webinars, community service, cross-functional project, and final presentations.
Internship responsibilities may include
Assist with development of project plans and communications to support business unit HR teams’ efforts to launch Inclusive Behaviors for Employees eLearning. Engage in efforts to drive a culture of inclusion by partnering on the tracking and reporting of the impact of key inclusion initiatives including D&I Councils, Business Resource Groups (BRGs), Quarterly Inclusion Talks, BRG Mentoring Programs and Employee Culture Survey (if approved). Work with D&I Communications team to develop select content and to amplify messages to the 2025 Internship cohort. Contribute to development of Standard Operating Procedures for D&I Councils. Support efforts to engage Human Resources / Talent Centers of Excellence to integrate inclusion considerations into the employee lifecycle including sourcing/recruiting, learning & development and performance management etc. as needed.Here’s what it takes to get started
Required qualifications
Must be currently enrolled in an accredited College or University completing a Bachelor’s Degree Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current programAbility to travel locally to Spectrum Intern development events and activities throughout the programAuthorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorshipPreferred qualifications
