Department Summary

Roche Consulting is a specialized division within Roche that provides strategic, operational, and technological consulting services across healthcare and life sciences. Leveraging Roche’s expertise in pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, and biotechnology, the department offers customized solutions for healthcare providers, research institutions, and industry partners. Key services include market analysis, business strategy development, process optimization, digital transformation, and health economics research. The goal is to drive innovation, improve efficiency, and enhance patient outcomes through a collaborative and client-centric approach. Roche Consulting is dedicated to helping organizations navigate regulatory landscapes, integrate digital health technologies, and achieve their strategic objectives.

This internship position is located in Indianapolis, IN on-site

The Opportunity
 

Develops Revit families and visualization materials following Roche standards to add to the design catalog

Create as-is laboratory design interior building structure using the Revit template and under guidance from the design team

Reviews and proposes Extended Reality solutions leveraging existing or new design software to enable and improve the  customer experience

Performs quality checks, identifies and corrects any identified issues to align with Autodesk Construction Cloud file management standards

Under the direction of process owners and SMEs, creates and/or updates operating procedures for the design team. 

 

Program Highlights

 Intensive 12-weeks , full-time (40 hours per week) paid internship.

Program start dates are in May/June (Summer).

A stipend, based on location, will be provided to help alleviate costs associated with the internship. 

Ownership of challenging and impactful business-critical projects.

Work with some of the most talented people in the biotechnology industry. 

Who You Are (Required) 

Required Education:

You meet one of the following criteria:

Must be pursuing or have attained an Associate's Degre

Must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree,

Must have attained a Bachelor's degree (recent graduates not currently enrolled in a grad program),

Must be pursuing a Master's degree

Required Majors: Architectural Studies with a focus on design, structure or technology.

Required Skills:

1 - 3 years experience with Revit, Enscape, Twinmotion and/or Autodesk Construction Cloud

1+ years experience modeling detailed Revit families

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications

Desire GPA 3.0 or higher

Desire previous work experience and design portfolio

Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

Relocation benefits are not available for this job posting. 

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of  Indiana is $20-$35 hour.  Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This position also qualifies for paid holiday time off benefits.
