Human Resources Intern
Overview/Summary:
KBRA Holdings, LLC (KBRA) is seeking a Summer Intern to join our Human Resources team. You will play an integral role in contributing to the development of our infrastructure and assisting with all aspects of HR. The HR team’s mission is to deliver employee-centric, creative and balanced HR solutions rooted in KBRA’s core values. The team is dedicated to recruiting, developing, rewarding and retaining KBRA’s global workforce.
This role will be based out of our New York office. The deadline to apply is February 13, 2025.
Key responsibilities may include:
Gain hands-on experience in core HR functions, such as recruiting, HR generalist, and HR Operations functions while learning about company policies and procedures Assist in data management projects to ensure all sensitive files are organized and kept confidential Shadow various HR team members to learn more about different functions of HR Review, clean, and organize HR data in shared folders Update internal organization charts Assist in drafting HR communications and correspondence related to employee inquiries Assist with coordinating HR-led trainings by booking conference rooms, managing catering orders, etc. Support the preparation of HR reports by providing necessary information from files Handle ad hoc tasks that different members of the HR team assignSuccessful candidates will possess the following:
Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Human Resources Management or related field Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite Ability to ensure confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information Self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail Exceptional customer service and a positive attitude Willingness to collaborate and work across the teamBase Pay
The anticipated base pay rate for the role will be $26/hour at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis by factors such as experience, level of education, skills, geography and other job-related factors.
