Position Summary
This role is responsible for General Affairs administrative duties but primarily will assist with communications, events/projects, and accounting related duties (NERP & Myfinance).Role and Responsibilities
Plan and execute company events, meetings, and conferences.
Oversee and manage all administrative functions within the company.
Collaborate with other departments to support their general affairs needs and initiatives.
Develop and create morale boosting material and activities for employees.
Practice accounting principles and learn budget techniques.
Assist with scheduling interviews for hourly and salary employees
Ensure applicant tracking system (Workday) and Excel spreadsheets are updated regularly.

Skills and Qualifications
Education: Must be a rising/junior or rising/senior pursuing a four-year degree in Mass Communications, Business, Marketing related business degree.
Experience: Prior work and/or internship experience in a communications field is ideal, but not required
Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Canva, and Adobe
Skills: Microsoft Office
Physical requirement: All employees for all positions must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 35 lbs.
