**ABOUT MARKETING**
Join our Data, Analytics and Insights team as a Marketing Analytics Intern, where you'll be instrumental in advancing our marketing analytics efforts. This role offers a dynamic environment to develop your skills and make meaningful contributions.
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic individual, eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Data Processing and Reporting: Assist in processing data and building comprehensive reports using tools like PowerPoint and Tableau.
+ SQL Query Development: Develop and modify SQL queries to effectively extract and analyze data.
+ Cross-functional Team Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven insights and actionable recommendations.
**INTERNSHIP DETAILS**
+ Hourly Rate: $22/hour
+ Date: June 2, 2025 to August 1, 2025
+ Location: Remote
**Qualifications**
**REQUIRED:**
+ Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
+ Proficiency in data querying and/or modeling using SQL.
+ Ability to take direction and quickly absorb information in a fast-paced environment.
**PREFERRED:**
+ Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau and PowerBI.
+ Familiarity with site analytics tools like Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics/Omniture.
+ Experience with scripting languages such as Python or R.
+ Familiarity with executing email campaigns.
+ A broad understanding of digital marketing, including campaign and media strategy.
+ Basic knowledge of tracking and tagging across websites and media assets.
+ Basic understanding of digital media channels, including email, social media, search, and display advertising.
+ Adaptability and learning agility.
+ Experience in marketing within the financial services or insurance industry.

**Market Research** : Knowledge of market research; ability to collect, collate and analyze information about existing or potential markets and market needs.
**Problem Solving:** Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.
**Storytelling:** Knowledge of concepts and ability to plan, create and present business proposals, initiatives and ideas by storytelling actual business scenarios that are situation-specific, engaging, memorable and persuasive as compared to one-way, fact-based presentations.
