2025 Summer Intern - Technology Integration
Department Summary
The Technology Integration (TI) team for Research and Early Development focuses on numerous integration activities in the Sequencing project. The team is responsible for research software to run the instrument, deep dive data analysis, baseline integration, and system troubleshooting. Technology Integration ensures that all the various complex components of the Sequencing system are working together seamlessly while pushing performance to a higher level.
This internship position is located on-site, in Santa Clara, CA.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
Expertise working with Python, R, and Linux/Unix (bash) is strongly preferredCompleted at least one full year of research experience is strongly preferredUnderstanding of DNA manipulation techniques and sequencing methodologiesUnderstanding of fluid dynamics Experience with integrating hardware and software togetherEffective analytical, communication, and presentation skillsComplements our culture and the standards that guide our daily behavior & decisions: Integrity, Courage, and Passion.Relocation benefits are not available for this job posting.
The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of STATE is $23-$31 hour. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This position also qualifies for paid holiday time off benefits.
