Team Overview:
The OBR commercial intern will be part of the team responsible for identifying actionable commercial strategies developing go -to-market initiatives to increase future profitability for onboard revenue.

Internship Overview:

Coordinate upcoming Art VIP sailings, ensuring alignment between partners and onboard. Plan and record future year’s VIP opportunities with partner Attend and record project briefs for new ship designs and deliver frequent project updates Monitor additional projects involving all internal departments Support Onboard Revenue projects involving all internal departments Perform evaluative analysis of competitors business practices and industry trends Test research methodologies to confirm intended purpose of evaluation Frequently self-audit work and check data for errors and inconsistencies Compile and organize findings in PowerPoint, graphs, charts, mock-ups, and diagrams Document, report, and present research findings to management and executives Research and assist marketing industry trends and present options to management

 

What we are looking for when recruiting Interns?

Currently enrolled in a 4-year Bachelor degree program studying Business or a similar field A minimum cumulative 3.2 GPA on a 4.0 scale is preferred Must have authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis Strong analytical skills Must be willing to be based in Miami, FL from June 2nd – August 8th 2024 Self-driven and motivated Exceptional communication skills (both oral and written) Emulates pride, passion and commitment for their job and conveys excitement and enthusiasm for RCL. Values teamwork and collaboration Proven leadership ability, either in a student organization, project, and/or outside the classroom Demonstrates a passion for service and commitment to dedicated to continuous improvement Strong work ethic, curiosity, positive attitude and drive ‘Wizard’-level skills using Microsoft Office Suite Exceptional math, statistical and analytical skills Effective and structured communicator, both orally and written
