Your Role at Baxter:

Through the intern program you will have the opportunity to own a portion of a technical project related to an IV container product. This will involve establishing the project scope, developing a plan, understand resourcing, performing technical evaluations in a laboratory setting, compile and analyze results and determine next steps. At the end of the internship the results of your efforts will be presented to company leadership.

Gain experience through exposure both sustaining product work and new product developmentGaining a solid understanding of what is needed to develop and maintain a medical productExposure to manufacturing processesDevelopment and application of technical problem-solving skillsDevelopment of critical thinking skillsUnderstand of how to plan a project including scheduling, finance and resourcing.
