Hong Kong Disneyland Resort is now hiring Interns for Technical Management and Stage Management in Entertainment Show Operations Team. You'll learn essential communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and team leadership skills.

Show Operations, Stage Management

Assist in the coordination and integration of all show elements during the cast change rehearsal period, cross trainings of parade, atmosphere or show performances.

Prepare schedules and other relevant paperwork.

Coordinate show maintenance activities.

Develop basic concept of show operation in decision making and problem solving.

Technical Management

Uphold Disney safety and technical standards, demonstrating expertise in maintenance and team leadership.

Provide support to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Support the daily operation of technical show offerings, including Parade, Theater, and Park-wide operations.

Assist in troubleshooting professional audio, lighting, and video show systems.

Prepare team rotation schedules.

Coordinate maintenance activities for all show locations.

Apply technical knowledge to develop operational concepts for decision-making and problem-solving.

Requirements:

Current university students or associate degree students graduating in or after 2025, majoring in Arts design, Theatre Entertainment Management, Theatre and Entertainment Arts, Event Management, Audio, Video and Lighting engineering or any other related disciplines.

Energetic, strong team-players and passionate about Disney.

Excellent command of English and Chinese, including both spoken Cantonese and Putonghua.

Have the right of abode in Hong Kong SAR.

Must be available for a full-time internship for three consecutive months between May and August 2025.

Previous work experience at Disney theme parks will be considered as an added advantage.
