Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and inquisitive Data Analytics Intern to support key initiatives related to assortment analysis, data reporting, and strategic recommendations. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, experience with Excel, SQL, and Power BI, and an interest in data-driven decision-making.

10-week program, with weekly schedule Monday-Thursday. Program specific training and development through orientation, skills workshops, and hands-on learning. Exposure to Senior leadership through a team project where interns will work cross-departmentally to address a real-life opportunities within our business. Interns will deliver final presentations to leaders across the organization at the completion of the program. Functional learning and professional growth within your designated business area.Responsibilities:
Data Reporting & Entry: Maintain and update reports using Excel, SQL, and Power BI, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Data Analysis: Analyze key metrics related to SKU segmentation and assortment performance, identifying insights to support strategic decisions. Assortment Analysis for SKU Segmentation: Assist in evaluating product assortments to optimize categorization and inventory management. LFC Assortment Recommendations: Support ongoing initiatives by providing data-backed recommendations for assortment improvements.Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a bachelor’s degree. (expected graduation no later than Spring 2026). Previous business internship experience preferred. Ability to work at the Phoenix, AZ corporate office on in-person days. (Out-of-state students are welcome to apply if they can attend in-office days) Authorization to work in the United States. Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
