Summer Internship Program OverviewThe Dun & Bradstreet Summer Internship Program runs onsite for 10 weeks during the summer months. #TeamDNB Summer Interns will be introduced to our winning culture through hands-on learning experiences and exposure to real business projects. The program will offer various engagement and career development opportunities, including meetings with our Executive Leaders, Networking Socials, and Community Volunteer Events.
People Team Internship:We have an exciting opportunity available for a summer 2025 intern on the People team at Dun & Bradstreet! We are looking for a motivated intern to join our People Analytics team. In this role, you will be part of a lean team where you'll wear multiple hats, acting as a data analyst, consultant, and data scientist. You will collaborate with various stakeholders within the People Team, gaining comprehensive knowledge about people data. Together, we will push the boundaries of data visualizations, storytelling, and the use of generative AI.Key Responsibilities:Work with internal stakeholders (HR Center of Excellence) to understand their challenges and translate them into data questionsDevelop hypotheses and employ a diverse toolkit of analytical approaches to test themClean, transform, and analyze large datasets to ensure data accuracy and integrityDesign and create comprehensive HR dashboards using Power BI and communicate actionable insights to stakeholdersProvide support in ad-hoc data analysis and reporting tasksPreferred Qualifications:Understanding of HR metrics and dataExperience with statistical analyses, including fundamentals (e.g., ANOVAs or regressions) and with advanced approaches (e.g., network analysis, predictive modeling)Experience using Python or other tools for statistical analysis and data visualizationFamiliarity with generative AI models and APIsAdvanced Excel knowledge and experienceDemonstrated experience with Power BI or similar data visualization toolsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and teamwork skillsEducation Qualifications:Must be currently enrolled in a four-year accredited degree program and be eligible to return to the program upon completion of the internshipFall/Winter 2025 or Spring 2026 graduation date highly preferredCurrently pursuing undergraduate or master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, Social Sciences, or related course of study preferredStrong attention to detail and analytical skills Ability to work independently and as part of a teamLocationDun & Bradstreet is headquartered in Jacksonville, FL with offices throughout the U.S. and globally.
