Job Summary Job Responsibilities Work closely with and assist engineers in the conduct of various engineering assignments Carry out basic work instructions that will help in understanding the fundamentals of our company Conduct limited scope testing under the supervision of engineers Conduct design analysis and/or calculations under the supervision of engineers Assist engineers with appropriate design details Must have good interpersonal skills and have the ability to build a good network Perform a wide variety of tasks to gain familiarity with the engineering staff, methods, programs and practices Knowledge and experience using CAD (CREO) preferred Other duties as assigned Support, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organization Job Responsibilities Part II Qualifications Currently enrolled in a 4 years degree program or 2 years Masters program in Mechanical Engineering Enrolled at time of application as a Junior or Senior with at least a minimum 3.0 GPA Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Microsoft Word) Must have good interpersonal skills and have the ability to build a good network Must be diligent, hardworking, and quick studyTaking care of our people is a top priority at Leonardo DRS.
