Job DescriptionThis role is responsible for creating and curating learning resources that support a broad range of learning initiatives. The successful candidate will partner extensively with our learning leads and embedded learning teams across Takeda to design and develop relevant, impactful learning experiences.
How You Will Contribute:
Partner with learning leads and embedded learning teams to discover, design, develop, implement and assess end-to-end learning experiencesWorking with Global Learning Leads define learning objectives and the detailed design for the learning needApply instructional design and adult learning principles; develops learning objectives for all courses, modules and curriculum.Design and develop learning resources, modules, assets using InDesign, Articulate 360, Captivate, Camtasia or other Adobe products.Work with vendors, contractors and freelancers in content, assessment and support material productionConduct research through literature searches, internet, professional organizations, etc., to incorporate the most up-to-date and relevant practices to include in all learning experiences.Identify appropriate measurement tools for assessing learning experience effectiveness and implement after training has been conducted.Regularly meet with the Global Learning team and key stakeholders to receive input/feedback on curriculum and courses as well as provide input to management on course revisions, additions, and deletions.Internship Development Opportunities:

$21.00 - $46.00
The estimated hourly range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual hourly wage offered will depend on the candidate’s school year/level to be entered following completion of internship. The actual hourly wage offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.
