Job Description:

The Process Documentation Intern is responsible for the revision of controlled manufacturing documentation in accordance to current GMP Standards. Will partner with SMEs from cross-functional teams to ensure that all controlled documents being revised contain required information pertaining to process, product and equipment specifications and are completed within defined timelines.

How You Will Contribute:

Responsible for GMP documentation process in support of manufacturing operations including:

Revise SOPs, Batch Records and Form PrepsEnsure consistency and alignment between documents in compliance with SOP requirementsAddress comments as provided by document reviewersLearn and apply best practices when reviewing draft SOPs and Batch Records/Form PrepsCoordinate document revisions for major projects or change management

Job Requirements:

This position will be Fully Onsite and require 4+ days in the Lexington, MA office per week.Previous Technical writing experienceExperience with more advanced document management applications a plus (including but not limited to EDMS and TrackWise)Basic understanding of computer skills including MS Office (PowerPoint, Words, Excel)Internet skills including use of e-mails, group messaging and information gatheringHighly reliable and a strong team playerFlexible with an attention to detailStrong verbal and written communication skillsMust be pursuing an undergraduate degree in life sciences, writing, project management, human performance, or similar area

Internship Eligibility

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis without requiring sponsorshipMust be currently enrolled in a degree program graduating December 2025 or laterThe internship program is 10-12 weeks depending on the two start dates (June 2nd- August 29th) or (June 16th - August 22ndThe intern must be able to commit to one of these time framesAble to work full time 40 hours a week during internship datesTakeda does not provide a housing stipend or relocation support for the U.S Summer Internship Program

U.S. Hourly Wage Range:

$21.00 - $46.00

The estimated hourly range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual hourly wage offered will depend on the candidate’s school year/level to be entered following completion of internship.  The actual hourly wage offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.
