Church & Dwight Co., Inc. is offering multiple Spring 2025 Co-Op opportunities in our Corporate NJ Global Quality department. This 6-month program starts on January 7th, 2025, and runs through June 6th, 2025, and includes exposure to leadership, professional development, networking events, and the chance to connect with students throughout a variety of functions.

Contract Manufacturing Quality (CMQ)Business & Product Quality (BQ/PQ)Technical Services Quality (TSQ)In these programs, you will have the opportunity to:
Monitor Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) activities to drive timeline deliverables and ensure robust and effective improvements are implemented Assist with root cause investigation exercises to establish corrective action plans and continuous improvement steps with our key contract manufacturing platform Assist with defective component, graphic, and formula evaluations as part of CAPA investigation steps Provide critical communication to various internal partners (OPS, R&D, Supply Chain, Sales, etc.) with quality issue occurrences and remediation plans Monitor and communicate team KPI metrics with CAPA deliverables and identify problem areas to drive effective improvement plans Process, analyze, and report on statistical analysis from various manufacturing, monitoring, and measurement data sources Research manufacturing processes and make improvement recommendations – especially in the areas of in-line detection and monitoring technology Assist with gathering status updates from key contract manufacturer improvement plans Provide general project assistance to the entire Global Quality TeamWhat Valuable Skills You Will Learn:
Understand how a comprehensive global CAPA program operates, including critical root cause investigation tools: Fishbone Diagrams, 5-Why, and process mapping Learn how cross-functional global teams’ interface with issue resolution and project deliverables Skills to effectively self-manage and prioritize driven decisions with the ability to pivot to meet deliverables Understand process capability statistics can be used as a predictive tool to drive continuous improvement Interfacing with many outside contract manufacturing partners as part of relationship management Knowledge of how Key Process Indicators (KPIs) are utilized to measure team performance How critical procedures and processes drive an organization making a wide range of regulated products Understanding of how an organization’s Quality Culture is developed, shared, and sustained - which you will use every day in your future career pathQualifications:
Currently enrolled undergraduate student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in various engineering fields (mechanical, chemical, industrial, packaging, etc.) or other technical discipline, with at least three years of coursework completed (rising Senior) Aptitude / willingness to learn how to interface with different platforms, run reports, and Rising Juniors pursuing a degree in various engineering fields (mechanical, chemical, industrial, packaging, etc.) or other technical discipline Ability and interest in working a three-day per week hybrid schedule in Princeton, NJ Strong computer literacy knowledge/familiarity with Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, MiniTab) among others Action oriented with time self-management capabilities Experience managing multiple timelines and priorities Strong written and verbal communication skills Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment, eager to learn, take on challenges, and contribute Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. Eligible students must not require sponsorship now or in the future.#LI-Hybrid
