2025 University Recruiting - Global Clinical Trials Standards & Training Internship

Job Description

The Future Talent Program features internships that last up to 12 weeks and will include one or more projects. These opportunities can provide you with great development and a chance to see if we are the right company for your long-term goals.

The Standards & Training Intern may provide support to Global Clinical Trials Operations (GCTO) functions, and where appropriate, other areas of Global Clinical Development (GCD) in any of the following areas:

Supports the development and routine updates of process documentation.

Supports the development of training materials, aligned with our Research & Development Division L&D activities.

Supports the delivery of live, virtual, or recorded training sessions.

Supports the development and calculation of process metrics.

Provides support to cross-functional teams established to improve business process.

Supports functional or cross-functional networks of process owners/subject matter experts.

Supports development of communications content (email, web, live presentation) to support business process and training activities.  

Supports development of mailboxes, surveys or other means of collecting feedback and identifying process and training needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education: 

Completion of at least 1 year of study toward a BS/BA in health-related, life science or analytical related field.

Required Skills:

Candidates must be able to commit to full-time onsite (or hybrid if applicable) employment for 10 - 12 weeks beginning June 2025

Strong teamwork and leadership skills.

Ability to embrace change/improvement.

Project management and organizational aptitude.

Strong oral and written communications skills.

Process improvement mindset.

Problem solving mindset.

Strong collaboration skills

Under New York City, Colorado State, Washington State, and California State law, the Company is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job. Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidate’s relevant skills, experience, and education.

Expected salary range:

 $39,600.00 - $105,500.00
