The Global Clinical Trial Operations (GCTO) team is seeking applicants for the Portfolio Resource Forecasting intern position. The intern will engage with the Portfolio Resource Forecasting organization and their functional stakeholders as they identify and validate the resource demand required to support the efficient and ethical conduct of clinical trials across GCTO.

Activities may include (but are not limited to):

Provide resource forecasting and analytics support for selected functional stakeholdersDevelop tools to support resource forecastingProvide support for Project Cost EstimatesGenerate process maps and/or performance metricsAssist organizational efforts to simplify and standardize global processDevelop effective communicationsReceive exposure to the field of clinical research and drug development with direct activities supporting global clinical trial operationsDeliver a capstone presentation illustrating internship objectives and activities

Required Education and Skills:

Candidates must be currently enrolled in a full-time BS/BA degree program in a business or project management, continuous improvement, computer technology, or science related discipline.Candidates must be available to work full-time, on-site, for up to (12) weeks beginning in May or June of 2025.Candidates must have completed at least (2) years of collegiate study by June of 2025.

Under New York City, Colorado State, Washington State, and California State law, the Company is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job. Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidate’s relevant skills, experience, and education.

Expected salary range:

 $39,600.00 - $105,500.00
