Please note, there are three (3) roles available for this requisition; all located in the North America HQ in Portland, OR.

Team 1: Global Sales, Amazon
Support the Amazon sales team with strategic projects, initiative and event planning and retail account engagement. Identifying focus areas and making recommendations to elevate adidas brand presentation and placement on-line to drive increased conversion. Utilizing data and trends to identify opportunities to grow the business, quantifying growth opportunities and preparing and presenting strategies to key stakeholders within adidas and externally.
Team 2: Global Sales, Account Operations
The Account Operations team manages the order book from integration into our systems through shipment from our DCs to our customers. The team is focusing on standardizing workflows for efficiency and consistency. The intern will help define and document processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support change management to drive improvements and ensure smooth operations.
Team 3: Global Sales, Sales Execution
The Sales Execution team supports North America Wholesale, focused on enabling long term growth to achieve our strategic ambitions out to 2028 and beyond. This work involves establishing best practices, managing strategic projects and optimizing operations both internally with cross functional partners in the brand as well as externally with our retail accounts. We leverage data to drive decision-making, identify opportunities and track performance against our strategic goals.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Build and leverage relationships with cross-functional teams (i.e., marketing, assortment planning, merchandising, SCM, demand planning, sales development, I.T.) to obtain information necessary to understand business. Solid project management skills, including the ability to work on several projects simultaneously. Ability to problem solve and drive groups of people towards a shared solution. A passion for delivering data-based recommendations for quantifiable improvements in business results and consumer satisfaction. Support process documentation, process improvement, meeting facilitation, and the preparation of key presentations for internal and external audiences, including note-taking, documentation, and action item tracking. Assist teams with ad hoc projects aligned with Wholesale team and organizational goals.
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across organization functions and levels. Excellent numerical and analytical skills. Effective storytelling skills Pro- active (engaging & impact-oriented) mindset. Ability to adapt and collaborate with multiple key stakeholders. Ability to accept and meet critical deadlines with good planning and organization skills. Proficiency with MS Office Suite (i.e. Excel/PowerPoint) and working with systems/application. Basic experience with data analytics and Digital tools/platforms e.g., Google Analytics, Power BI, eCommerce, and online marketing Basic Experience with visualization and reporting techniques.
QUALIFICATIONS
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program at a College/University Anticipated graduation date is between December 2025 and August 2026 Eligible to work in the US without restrictions. Available to participate in our 12-week full-time internship program from May/June to August/September 2025
