(“THL”), a private equity firm. **Responsibilities** **Position Summary:** Machine Operators run high speed automated packaging equipment and manage all aspects of the packaging line. They verify usage of correct packaging materials & date codes, monitor the function of case sealers, and are responsible for ensuring that our products are packaged according to quality and safety standards. This position plays an integral role in ensuring our product looks fantastic in its packaging. **Duties and Responsibilities:** Operates packaging equipment and both tote stations according to product specifications and ensuring accuracy in weights and codes. Adjusts machines as required Maintains proper documentation of downtime and repairs. Performs minor repairs and routine maintenance work on equipment Continually checks the quality of the product, packaging, and case printing. Reports any issues or concerns Inspects and conducts regular deep cleaning of equipment after each product change, and continuously maintains cleanliness of equipment Operates in accordance with health, safety and fire prevention regulations and practices. Report machine problems to the shift supervisor and ensure machine logs are accurately filled out, detailing mechanical and non-mechanical downtime.
