Amergis Healthcare Staffing is partnered with a much respected facility in Beverly, MA who is currently seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to assist them at their facility on a full time basis.
Details of the position include:
Location: Beverly, MA
Facility Type: Psychiatric
Schedule: Mon-Thurs, 7a-3p OR 8a-4p. Can accommodate M-F if looking for 40 hours/week.
Pay: $25/hour
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Maintains patient confidentiality of all clients Performs duties within scope of practice, as assigned, in an accurate and timely manner Adheres to facility/client policy, procedures and protocols at all times Assists doctors, nurses, and other healthcare providers with treatments, procedures, and tests being performed in a variety of patient care settings Safeguards the client/patient by observing appropriate infection control procedures including but not limited to universal precautions Notifies the supervising nurse of any abnormal findings or conditions Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability in meeting the needs of all facilities Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
Prefer one year experience as a certified nursing assistant within the last three years Graduate from certified nursing assistant program with subsequent documentation as a certified nursing assistant per state requirements with proof of verification as being an active certification and in good-standing Knowledge of medical terminology and knowledge of clerical functions Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice Participation and completion of Amergis’ Competency program when applicable Current CPR if applicable TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation) Must meet all federal, state and local requirements Successful completion of new hire training as applicable to job site
