Join Our Team as a Maintenance Technician!

Location: Escondido, CA

Schedule: Sunday-Friday, 1pm-10pm or 9pm-5am

What You’ll Do:

- Keep Us Moving: Ensure our production equipment operates safely and efficiently to meet our production demands.

- Be the Expert: Serve as the go-to technical expert for all machines in our facility.

- Hands-On Maintenance: Perform preventive maintenance and respond to emergency repairs promptly.

- Innovate & Train: Assist in developing training protocols for new employees and recommend improvements to maintenance practices.

- Stay Organized: Conduct routine inspections, maintain an organized maintenance shop, and manage parts inventory using our CMMS program.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience Matters: You should have at least 5 years of relevant production maintenance experience.

Technical Skills: Proficiency with 120V AC to 480 AC 3-phase systems, motors, pumps, and various mechanical components is a must.

Certifications: PLC and HMI programming/troubleshooting certification is required.

Blueprint Guru: Experience reading blueprints and schematics is essential.

Safety-First Attitude: A commitment to safety and a proactive approach to potential issues.

Essential Skills:

- Equipment maintenance

- Electrical and pneumatic systems

- Mechanical and hydraulic troubleshooting

- Preventive maintenance and control panel repairs

- Experience with conveyor systems

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00
