Job Description
You will be responsible for operating and sometimes managing multiple CNC machines, depending on your skill level. Your department assignment will be based on your interview performance and where you best fit. You will handle machine setup, teardown, and tool changes. More skilled machinists will also program and edit machines. Training will be provided, and you will not be expected to perform tasks beyond your capabilities on day one. The role offers opportunities to train others and potentially develop into a supervisory position.
ResponsibilitiesOperate and manage CNC machines such as Davenport, Mazak, and Haas.Set up, tear down, and perform tool changes on machines.Troubleshoot machine issues.Program and edit CNC machines (for more skilled machinists).Train and develop into a supervisory role.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The position is for the 2nd and 3rd shift, from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM and 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM, respectively. The work environment is climate-controlled. Once trained, you will operate machines independently with your team.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $43804.80 - $62566.40/yr.
