Responsibilities:

Accounting duties, including but not limited to:Enforcement of all Production Accounting guidelines/procedures as outlined in the studio manual.Accurately and timely file all financial transactions into Scenechronize, including payroll, accounts payable (AP), journal entries, distribution changes, and purchase cards.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within Scenechronize.Utilize Kissflow to ensure proper approvals for all relevant transactions.Monitor the progress of approval requests and follow up on any outstanding approvals.Audit and code purchase card (Cashet) envelopes for accuracy and compliance.   Audit and code expense reports for accuracy and compliance.Provide various miscellaneous Accounting Support.

Qualifications

Basic Requirements:     

Minimum of 1 years of experience in TV or features (preferably at a studio or network).Prior experience using VISTA and Scenechronize accounting software preferred.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.Strong analytical, organizational and detail-oriented skills mandatory.Strong time management skills and the ability to adhere to all reporting deadlines.Excellent interpersonal skills to liaise with various internal and external personnel at show, corporate and vendor level.Interested candidates must submit a resume for this job online to be considered.Must be able to work some overtime.Must be 18 years or older.Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States

Required On-Site: This position is required to be performed full-time from an NBCUniversal-designated worksite.This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks. Hours over 40 hrs/wk will be paid at the appropriate overtime rate.
