2nd Level Operations BO IP Engineer is responsible for the coordination, management and execution of proactive and reactive maintenance activities that require a higher level of support that the one offered by the 1st Level Operations for Core IP domain. This shall ensure that the services provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels.
Responsibilities
Ensure 2nd Level Assurance Support Activities.
Ensure 2nd Level Incident Management.
Ensure preventive maintenance and performance management.
Assist with Problem Management.
On regular base covering the 7x24 On Call-out responsibility.
Qualifications and required skills
• Bachelor level, in engineering (IT, Telecom)
• 3-5 years’ experience of deploy systems and configurations
• ISEB/ISTQB software testing qualifications would be an advantage
• Advanced proficiency in network administration
• Deep understanding of TCP/IP protocol stack
• Advanced proficiency in administration on Cisco, Juniper network equipment
• Experience with 802.1Q protocol (VLAN)
• Advanced proficiency in planning and configuration of redundancy networks (VRRP, STP, LACP)
• Romanian Proficiency
• English B2 Level (written)
