Job Description
Assemble and inspect various mechanical, electro-mechanical assemblies, sub-assemblies, and/or final assemblies. Work from electronic documentation such as JOL, work instructions, prints, packing lists, sales orders, and verbal instructions in accordance with quality standards. Operate with integrity and consideration for all customers, suppliers, and employees to ensure a safe, supportive, and respectful work environment consistent with company values, policies, and procedures.
ResponsibilitiesWork from electronic drawings and JOLs to assemble product and inspect assembled units.Use hand or power tools, or fixtures as required to assemble product.Prepare parts as required by sanding, cutting, drilling, painting, etc.Work at different workstations on assigned product line.Perform daily cycle counts.Continuously strive for product and process improvements that meet or exceed customer requirements and comply with ISO 9001-2015 policies.Support Lean activities including Kaizen Events and 5S.
Essential SkillsAbility to read & speak English work instructions and perform English documentation.Ability to learn quickly.Great attendance and punctuality is a must. Mechanically inclined

Work Environment
2nd Shift (Mon-Thur 3pm-1:30am) with some optional overtime on Friday. The facility is climate-controlled and clean. Employees are able to wear casual clothes that are not too loose. Shorts are allowed in the assembly department but must be knee-high at minimum length. Assemblers will work in three different cells and will be cross-trained and moved around into different areas.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00
