Responsibilities:

To help the supervisor guide associates in 2nd Processing in a safe and productive manner.  

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Excellent attendance and personnel recordAble to work with minimum supervisionAbility to speak, read, and write English and SpanishAble to operate basic office equipment (copier, 10-key calculator, fax, etc.)Weekend work required as necessaryAbility to train new associatesAbility to perform all jobs in the department at line speedKnowledge of workplace safety rulesAbility to complete paperwork accuratelyAbility to perform multiple duties

Education and Experience:

GED or equivalentProficient math and computer skillsTeam member would be required to provide own transportation to and from the Benson, NC Cold Storage location
