Triad Dr) Location : GREENSBORO, NC, United States Job Family : Manufacturing Job Type : Regular Posted : Feb 25, 2025 Job ID : 55016 Back to Search Results Job Description Apply Now > Save JobJob Saved JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES: Independent set up and operation of various manufacturing equipment such as hot plates, laser marker, glue dispensers, etc. The position also includes duties in packaging of parts for customer shipments. + Maintain a safe workplace for self and fellow team members via compliance of safety policies and procedures. + Produce product in timely manner while following all Quality system requirements + Good verbal and written communication skills. + Ability to read blue prints and follow engineering instructions. + Proficient in all types of equipment used in work area within 90 days of hire. + Computer skills: Ability to use labor clock within 10 days of hire. + Proficient in all aspects of inspection gages for the area after training period ends. + Proficient in all aspects of paperwork for the area within 30 days of hire. + Utilize Lean tools and be active participant in Lean events and High Performance Teams. + Participate in 5S activities per Manager request. + Troubleshoot problems as they arise; Strong problem solving skills. + Must be able to work and thrive in Team environment. + Must be able to work overtime when required including weekends. + Other assignments as assigned by Leadership.
