Medical Device Assembler** **Job Description** We are currently seeking dedicated and meticulous individuals for the position of 2nd Shift Assembler. **Responsibilities** + Understand and follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures. + Comply with policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements per the Quality System. + Report problems with quality, processes, equipment, and materials to the Project Engineer/Supervisor. + Provide hands-on job function training to coworkers as needed. + Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions. + Perform other duties as assigned. **Essential Skills** + Microscope experience + Small part assembly experience + Strong communication skills + Ability to work with a microscope 90% of the shift + Ability to work with small parts + High School Diploma or Equivalent **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Minimum of 6 months high volume small part assembly experience with a microscope + Medical device assembly experience + Cleanroom experience + Experience with measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers + Proficiency with hand tools and electrical/mechanical assembly **Why Work Here?** Enjoy great benefits upon permanent hire, be part of a growing company with an excellent work environment and culture. The position requires adherence to cleanroom protocols and working with microscopes and small parts. Flexibility with working hours, including weekdays and Saturdays, is essential. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irvine, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.50/hr.
