Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking dedicated and meticulous individuals for the position of 2nd Shift Assembler. All candidates MUST be open to Overtime during the weekdays and open to working Saturdays when needed.Available Schedule: 2nd shift 3:45pm-12:00amResponsibilitiesUnderstand and follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures.Comply with policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements per the Quality System.Report problems with quality, processes, equipment, and materials to the Project Engineer/Supervisor.Provide hands-on job function training to coworkers as needed.Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions.Perform other duties as assigned.Essential SkillsMicroscope experienceSmall part assembly experienceStrong communication skillsAbility to work with a microscope 90% of the shiftAbility to work with small partsHigh School Diploma or EquivalentAdditional Skills & QualificationsMinimum of 6 months high volume small part assembly experience with a microscopeMedical device assembly experienceCleanroom experienceExperience with measuring tools such as calipers and micrometersProficiency with hand tools and electrical/mechanical assemblyWhy Work Here?Enjoy great benefits upon permanent hire, be part of a growing company with an excellent work environment and culture. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irvine, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.50/hr.
