**Job Title: 2nd Shift - Assembly**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team for the 2nd shift assembly role. The shift hours are from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling products, monitoring quality, and ensuring that all production processes are followed accurately.
**Responsibilities**
+ Read manufacturing orders for important customer information and details.
+ Evaluate the quality of the starter piece.
+ Assemble wires into the starter piece.
+ Monitor quality areas throughout the assembly process, including Angle, Curve, Ends, Belt Width, Tightness, Parallel, and Bend Test.
+ Perform the bend test at the beginning of each belt and every three hours.
+ Reroll the belt upon completion and monitor the quality during reroll.
+ Use a pneumatic staple gun to create the proper size cardboard box.
+ Band the box and place it in the designated area.
+ Bow belts (either positive or negative) as required.
+ Repair edges using wire cutters and pliers.
+ Use a saw to cut cardboard poles.
+ Perform edge bending using bending dies.

**Work Environment**
The work environment is a manufacturing setting where safety glasses, hearing protection, and steel-toe shoes/boots are required. It is climate-controlled but may feel slightly warmer due to the molding machines.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Manheim, Pennsylvania.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $21.22 - $21.22/hr.
