You’ll be:** + Assembling preformed sheet metal parts using drills, wrenches, high pressure carts, screwdrivers, hammers, and other equipment + Operating equipment with personal safety and that of fellow employees in mind + Assembling and pressure testing valves and similar components + Interpreting assembly and sub-assembly drawings and sketches accurately and efficiently + Maintaining a clean and organized work area + Logging daily work on manufacturing and/or production travelers + Completing other assignments as assigned by supervisors + **Leading and motivating a team of assemblers to achieve production goals** + **Providing guidance and support to team members** + **Identifying and resolving issues within the team** **This job might be an outstanding fit if you:** + Have experience in the assembly of preformed sheet metal parts and using mechanical equipment + Have a minimum of 1 year of experience preferred + **Have at least 1 year of supervisory or management experience** + Can safely move over uneven terrain and in restricted spaces + Can climb ladders while carrying up to 50 lbs + Can kneel, bend, and stand for long periods + Can work in and around areas with limited space + Are available to work second shift (Monday through Friday, 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm) + Have the ability to use, read, and interpret drawings and measuring scale or tape proficiently + Can work both independently and in a team environment + Are familiar with tablets and computers + **Possess strong leadership and communication skills** + **Are able to delegate tasks effectively** + **Have a proven track record of success in a team-oriented environment** As part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
