2nd Shift - Converting Supervisor
**Job Title: 2nd Shift Pressman (Printing Industry)** **Job Description** This is a full-time position, with rotating shifts every 5 weeks from Monday to Wednesday and Thursday to Saturday, 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM. The Converting supervisor will oversee and be responsible for Supervisory duties within the converting, prepress, and bindery department. **Hard Skills** + 3 years of work experience in same or functionally similar position + Math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division of whole numbers and fractions + Ability to calibrate densitometer and pH meter + Knowledge of procedures contained in the quality manual, standard operating procedures and work methods + Ability to use the floor shop data collection terminals + The ability to visually inspect all work for defects and distinguish colors is important. **Soft Skills** + Positive safety attitude + Ability to work in a team + Ability to accept direction from supervisors, management and peers **2nd Shift Time: Rotating Shift, 6pm-6am** **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
