2nd Shift Electro Mechanical Technician
**Job Title: Electro Mechanical Technician** **Job Description** As an Electro Mechanical Technician, you will be responsible for completing all scheduled work orders, general to detailed preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to production and related equipment. You will also perform general housekeeping functions, respond to operational calls, assist other technicians, and complete various project work and tasks as assigned by management. **Responsibilities** + Complete all scheduled work orders, general to detailed preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to production and related equipment. + Perform general housekeeping functions and other housekeeping projects as assigned. + Respond to operational calls and assist other technicians as needed. + Complete regular project work and other assignments/tasks as assigned by management, including but not limited to pneumatic, hydraulic, welding, lighting, plumbing, painting, carpentry, fabrication, mechanical, and electrical systems. + Complete all work orders in CMMS or other Engineering Management Software, help maintain parts/supplies inventory, and complete all other administrative requirements, trainings, etc. + Inspect building systems and equipment to ensure quality product and safety for employees. + Escalate any outstanding issues to management in a timely manner. + Perform all work in a safe manner and contribute to safety goals of the plant by escalating any unsafe behaviors to management. + Any other tasks assigned by Leader/Supervisor. **Essential Skills** + PLC troubleshooting and strong electrical experience. + Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems, welding, or metal fabrication techniques is considered a plus. + Basic troubleshooting skills of manufacturing equipment and machinery. + Ability to work with minimal to no supervision. + Physical ability to perform all job functions. + Willingness to work in shifts or overtime as required. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in the food industry. + Knowledge of VFDs. **Why Work Here?** We offer a supportive and dynamic work environment that values safety and teamwork. The job requires working constantly in damp, wet, humid, and slippery environments and frequently near moving equipment. You will also be exposed to areas with fumes or airborne debris and may frequently work in extreme heat or cold. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of City Of Industry, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $72800.00/yr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
