**Job Title: 2nd Shift Welder and Fabricator** **Job Description** We are seeking skilled welders and fabricators to join our team. This position has all shifts open that runs Monday through Friday, with occasional adjustments to a Monday through Thursday schedule. Expect to work between 45-55 hours per week, with a 10% shift premium. No weekends are required. **Responsibilities** + Weld and fabricate steel staircases, railings, and other structural components to buildings. + Grind and perform repair welds on finished handrails. + Utilize hand grinders, polishers, and welding equipment. + Move and load products after shipments are completed. + Handle materials such as steel, stainless steel, and occasionally aluminum. + Read and interpret construction blueprints to ensure proper structure. **Essential Skills** + 2+ years of experience in grinding and polishing. + Proficiency in MIG welding. + Experience in production welding or completion of welding schooling. + Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy team lunches with food trucks provided.
