Volt is immediately hiring for 2ND SHIFT - General Laborers in Chino, CA.

\r\n\r\n

We’re looking for safety-minded, motivated, and responsible individual to join our team, where Your Safety is our #1 priority.

\r\n\r\n

\r\n\r\n

Essential Duties:

\r\n\r\n

• Ability to perform basic warehouse/manufacturing functions

\r\n\r\n

• Ability to use essential tools and equipment and operate various equipment

\r\n\r\n

• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions

\r\n\r\n

• Ability to learn how to read and interpret, assembly drawings and manufacturing work instructions.

\r\n\r\n

• strong work ethic, be able to work with limited supervision and meet requirements of the attendance policy

\r\n\r\n

• Ability to perform all functions of the job in a safe and professional manner

\r\n\r\n

• Ability to keep work area(s) in neat, clean, safe and orderly condition

\r\n\r\n

• Able to work in a team-oriented environment

\r\n\r\n

• Basic Computer skills for elemental transactions on a PC or mobile device such as RF guns

\r\n\r\n

• Flexibility within warehouse functions

\r\n\r\n

\r\n\r\n

Qualifications:

\r\n\r\n

• GED/High School diploma or equivalent required.

\r\n\r\n

• Previous experience and knowledge of warehouse operations, methods, and procedures

\r\n\r\n

• 40-hour work week / overtime as needed to fulfill requirements of position.

\r\n\r\n

• Attention to detail required.

\r\n\r\n

• Flexibility and versatility to carry out tasks as assigned by lead/supervisor/manager.

\r\n\r\n

• Strong sense of urgency.

\r\n\r\n

• Able to follow both written and verbal instructions.

\r\n\r\n

• Punctuality & good attendance is a required.

\r\n\r\n

\r\n\r\n

Physical Requirements:

\r\n\r\n

• Ability to lift, push, pull up to 40 lbs through out the shift

\r\n\r\n

• Able to stand continuously for extended periods of time

\r\n\r\n

• Must be comfortable standing, sitting, bending, lifting, and walking without restriction repeatedly over the course of a shift.

\r\n\r\n

• Must be able to work in a non-climate controlled warehouse environment.

\r\n\r\n

• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.

\r\n\r\n

• Steel-toe shoes required

\r\n\r\n

\r\n\r\n

This is a full-time opportunity.

\r\n\r\n

\r\n\r\n

2nd Shift Schedule: 2:00PM - 10:30PM ( Monday to Friday with Mandatory OT during the Week & Saturdays )

\r\n\r\n

\r\n\r\n
